Will there be a poster session?

Yes! Submit your abstract by 26th April to jennifer.ferry@wales.nhs.uk. We will inform authors of accepted abstracts by 3rd May 2024. The top 3 abstracts will be invited to give a 5 min oral presentation (with 5 min for questions) on the day, others are invited to present as posters.

Will there be food provided?

Yes there will be complimentary tea and coffee and a buffet lunch is included with your ticket price
