Hosted by Wandsworth GP Federation on behalf of South West London ICB and supported by the Health Innovation Network (HIN) south London, this series provides a platform for primary care practices in SWL to share real-world digital innovations that are making a measurable impact.
Each one-hour session includes:
- Welcome and introduction from Dr Devin Gray (Chair), Clinical Lead for Digital Transformation in Wandsworth,
- Presentations from two GP practices in SWL showcasing what impact they’ve made using different digital solutions
- Interactive Q&A and discussion
Showcase 1: Improving Long-Term Condition Management, patient safety and appointment efficiency with Abtrace
