Popham Kidney Konnectors are run in partnership with health board kidney teams. The aim is to meet ‘face to face’ informally away from the clinic setting.
This is a ‘face to face’ event aimed to support people and families who are living with stage 4 or 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). As well as your kidney nurses, our Popham Peer Mentors and Popham Peer Educators will be on hand to answer any questions and share their knowledge, experience and top tips!
