6.30 – 7pm Exploring Connections – a chance to experiment with a social model of wellbeing to consider how people influence each other in the workplace, before looking more specifically at how leadership processes impact on everyone (including leaders).

7.20 – 7.50pm Using Connections – a practical discussion on how the relationship between leadership and wellbeing is relevant to specific workplace situations, followed by an exercise to help participants frame a ‘working focus’ on a connection that is important to them.

This event is free to CIPD members and £5 for non-members. If you reserve a place and either do not attend or have not cancelled your place at least 48 hours before the event start time, you will be invoiced £10. This is due to the high number of no shows or very late cancellations which have led to excessive food waste and unnecessary cost incurred. Thank you for your understanding.
