Is there parking available?

There is limited parking available at TDC centre in the main car park and at the rear of the TDC centre. It is encouraged for people to car share where possible. There will be assistance from Business Fire Safety staff on car parking on arrival.

Will there be refreshments available?

It is planned to have adequate breaks throughout the event with hot and cold beverages and a buffet lunch.  There are water machines in the TDC dining facility and foyer if needed.

Question 3

Is there provision for dietary requirements?

All dietary requirements will be managed by the catering manager. Please send all dietary needs to cmarsden@syfire.gov.uk and I will ensure the catering manager is fully aware of all requirements.

Business Fire Safety staff will be available to assist attendees throughout the event. If you have specific assistance requirements could you please contact cmarsden@syfire.gov.uk in the first instance.

Question 6

On arrival what am i to expect?

The main entrance is at the front of the building where you will be met by a Business Fire Safety team member in order to sign you in to the premises and direct you to the main hall. Please bring your work ID's or equivalent in order to be processed.

Are there ablution facilities?

There are facilities situated on the ground floor which will be explained in the opening housekeeping speech.
