Southampton Science Comedy!

It May be sunny, it May be bright, it'll definitely be funny - the month of May celebrates the anniversaries of the launch of the Skylab Space Station and the Star Wars franchise. Come and enjoy a delightful evening of science-themed stand-up comedy, stories, and silliness from some of Southampton’s funniest and nerdiest people.

This month our guest is the wonderful Matt Hobs, a graduate of the University of Southampton who delights audiences all round the country with an enthusiasm for science that spans Apollo missions, biochemistry and badgers. He is joined on stage by new comedians from the University, showing off the funny side of their lives as researchers and educators.

Doors open at 7pm and the show will start at 7:30pm. The venue is unlicensed, so Bring Your Own Bottles (BYOB), but it's also a bookshop so come prepared to Buy Your Own Books! Have a browse, have a bevvy and have a laugh.
