Event description
Mark Bradfield from Wild Wantage will be talking about what we can do to provide pond space for wildlife in our gardens.

About this event

On 30th June 7pm-8pm join us on zoom for a chance to hear all about what we can do to provide a pond space for wildlife in our gardens. Ponds are a really important feature in our gardens and are hugely beneficial to many different types of wildlife.

We will be joined by Mark Bradfield from Wild Wantage. Mark looks after the Letcombe Brook, a chalkstream running through the Wantage area for his main job. Prior to that he worked for BBOWT looking after their community reserves and adding wildlife ponds wherever possible! He is keen to promote wildlife gardening and more appropriate management of community green space. Better on animal ID than plant ID (but still keen to learn!).

This will also be a chance to ask any other wildlife gardening questions you have and use the collective knowledge from our community.
