Frequently asked questions

Can I bring children to the workshops?

Unfortunately, there are no childcare facilities at the venue, and this is a course aimed at parents and carers. There will be a children's SPACE programme running in the near future, but this is your chance for a child-free time!

Will there be drinks and snacks available?

Yes! Please let me know any dietary requirements beforehand, and I will try to provide appropriate snacks! clairefoley@lighthouse-therapy.co.uk

Is parking available onsite?

Yes. There is free parking available on Chester Road (limited time) or the adjoining roads(no time limit).

Can I bring my partner along?

Yes. It would be great if you both would like to join the course together! However, the venue is fairly small, with limited space (10 spaces available), so please let me know if you intend to join as a couple. clairefoley@lighthouse-therapy.co.uk

Do I have to commit to all FIVE weeks of the course?

Yes. This is your main commitment (as the course is FREE); there will be a candidate certificate and a "graduation ceremony" for those who complete the course! Plus, each week builds on skills learnt previously.

I cannot make these dates or times in May, will there be any future workshops?

Yes! This is the first of a rolling programme provided at Newquay Therapy Centre on Friday mornings. However, if enough interest is shown in an evening course, or for a different day, then I will endeavour to provide that. I also aim to run the SPACE sessions in Falmouth, St.Austell and Camborne.
