Event description
Join us for November's SpaceCakes - Special Edition!

About this event

You are invited to join us for November's SpaceCakes. This month, we are excited to introduce the new ESA BIC UK Manager, Will Gault. This is a monthly SpaceCakes event to be delivered virtually through an online webinar.

SpaceCakes is designed as a networking platform for the ESA Business Incubation Centre United Kingdom (ESA BIC UK) start-up companies and the wider space community to come together with organisations from different sectors to share ideas and receive updates.

Now is more important than ever to see how the community around can support one another and to see what others are doing.

If you would like to know more about the ESA Business Incubation Centre and how the space community collaborates with other sectors, join us for this session.

Speakers to be announced shortly

Zoom details will be sent the day before the event to those who have registered.

We look forward to welcoming you to this event.

Organiser Science and Technology Facilities Council

Organiser of SpaceCakes - November 2021

The Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), part of UK Research and Innovation, is a world-leading multidisciplinary science organisation. Working collaboratively with academia to create an environment for UK scientific research to flourish, STFC is a national resource available to support UK businesses, from spin-outs to corporates.

Providing unique access to large-scale science facilities, equipment, and expertise both in the UK and internationally, we work collaboratively with businesses to reduce the risk surrounding innovation and enable new applications of technology in exciting and disruptive ways. By co-locating businesses alongside our facilities and expertise at 3 UK locations – Daresbury, Harwell, and Edinburgh – and catalysing this with industry cluster networks, we bring together the people who can innovate and change the world for the better.
