André Cebrián Garea (Santiago de Compostela), Principal Flute of the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and teacher at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
They will be joined by acclaimed pianist Scott Mitchell, one of Scotland’s most versatile collaborative pianists, who brings a wealth of experience and musicality to the programme.
The evening’s repertoire includes works by Pablo de Sarasate, Josep i Joan Plà, Manuel de Falla, Marin Marais, Georges Bizet, Óscar de Manuel, Miquel Ortega, Xoán Montes, and Antonio José, offering a colourful journey through Spanish and Spanish-influenced music, from the Baroque to the contemporary.
Together, the ensemble will present a vibrant selection of works that showcase the lyrical warmth, rhythmic vitality, and expressive colour that define the spirit of Spanish music.
