Spark Mentor Training – Session One: Orientation & Understanding Spark

Get started on your Spark mentoring journey. This interactive session helps mentors understand Spark’s mission, values, and framework, while setting expectations for their role.

Through storytelling, group discussion, and case studies, mentors will:

• Explore what makes a great mentor
• Understand the needs of young people they’ll support
• Connect with the Spark community and share insights

By the end of this session, mentors will feel clear, confident, and ready to make a difference.
