Sparking Amazing Resilience
Date: 24 September
Location: FOUNDRY, Poole
Duration: 90 minutes (in-person)
Following the success of Sparking Amazing Communication, this new 90-minute in-person workshop focuses on one of the most critical skills for leaders in today’s climate — resilience.
Right now, the market is unbelievably tough. Many of us are being pulled into challenges we’ve never faced before, having to think, decide and act in ways that are completely new. That kind of environment doesn’t just test your resilience — it demands that you think about resilience in a totally different way.
This session is designed for founders, business leaders, and entrepreneurs from across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole who want to build the mental agility, perspective, and energy to navigate these conditions without burning out.
It won’t be a theory-heavy lecture. It’s an interactive, practical workshop combining insight, tools, and real-world application. You’ll leave with clear, actionable strategies for staying steady under pressure and adapting effectively, even when the landscape keeps shifting.
In this session, we’ll explore:
- What resilience really means, beyond just ‘pushing through’
- How to manage your energy and mindset when things feel intense
- What’s in your control, what isn’t — and how to work with both
- Tools to protect your wellbeing while still performing at your best
- How to think differently, recover quickly, and keep moving forward
The aim: to help you feel more equipped, more confident, and more in control — no matter what the market throws your way.
This session will be chaired by the amazing Cate Murden
