SPARKLE (previously known as Advanced SHINE)

Advanced SHINE is a 1 day simulation course for West Midlands paediatric trainees, held at Birmingham Women's Hospital. It has been designed to give senior trainees the opportunity to develop their skills in managing neonatal emergencies in a safe and supportive learning environment.

You will build on your clinical knowledge and also leadership, situation awareness, decision making and communication skills.
