Event description

Description

Applications are now open for Kingston University’s SPARKS programme. SPARKS is a unique personal development programme which all Kingston students are eligible to apply for; the programme is completely free and aims to develop you leadership, resilience and communication skills. The programme won’t change who you are, but it will support you to recognise parts of your life that you want to change, but haven’t known how to before.

Taking part in the programme will involve attending an intensive three day workshop, where you will work together with a cohort of fellow students and be encouraged to consider who you are as a person and what drives you in life. You will see new perspectives on the challenges you may be facing and be given the opportunity to develop powerful new relationships with friends, colleagues and family. The next three day workshop will be taking place from 11th-13th April.

Once you have completed the workshop, you will attend two follow-up Development Day sessions to assess how you can implement the lessons of SPARKS in your daily life; these will take place on 26th April and 2nd May. On the evening of 26th April, we will then invite you to a special celebration event to recognise your achievement.

To take part in the programme you will need to attend an Ignition Session to find out more and confirm your attendance. Ignition sessions will be taking place from Wednesday 29th March onwards. Sessions are taking place across all 4 campuses, all times and locations can be found in the ticketing options so please select the ticket option most convenient to you.

YOU CAN ONLY SIGN-UP FOR ONE IGNITION SESSION.
