Jourdan Rajwan - Schroder Real Estate Investment Management
Jourdan is an Investment Manager at Schroders with the responsibility of managing approximately £1.8bn of Central London Assets as well as the day to day role of managing the approximately £1.3bn Central London Office Fund. Additionally Jourdan works on strategic partnership and joint ventures. Before Joining Schroders, Jourdan spent 8 years at JLL in the Capital Markets division and worked on completed transactions of £3.12bn.
Jonathan Jay - Knight Frank
Jonathan is a Johns Hopkins and Cambridge University graduate. After initially working in the financial services industry, first at the London Stock Exchange and then at a leading US hedge fund, Jonathan moved to Knight Frank over 3 years ago. He is an Assocaite Partner and is responsible for business development and investment strategy for the Central London Offices team.
Michael Dean - Avamore Capital
Michael is the co-founder of Avmore Capital a Family Office supported private principal lender providing bridging, refurbishment and development loans. Michael started his career at Cushman & Wakefield in 2004, specialising in City Offices and West End investment, but left in 2009 to join Doughty Hanson & Co Real Estate (DHCRE), a private equity fund where he restructured or wrote over £400m of loans in the UK, Sweden and the Czech Republic. This year Avamore plans to lend over £60m in and £100m in 2018.
David Esterkin - Greenberry Advisors
After obtaining a First-Class Honours degree in Business Management from Birmingham University, David spent 5 years as a commercial surveyor in the London Business Space Investment team at Cushman & Wakefield. David left Cushman & Wakefield to set up Greenberry Advisors, where he felt he could better give a truly personlised service. Greenberry Advisors focuses on the UK national commercial investment market and its clients include property companies, family offices, high net worths (both domestic and foreign), private-equity houses and institutional investors.
Ben Grossmann - Pears Property
Ben completed an MA in Real Estate at Cass Business School in 2009 before going on to work as a graduate surveyor at Jones Lang LaSalle and LaSalle Investment Management. Since joining the Pears Group in 2011 he has sourced and managed a number of transactions across retail, office and industrial sectors. His role also involves the management of several portfolios and a residential lending business that the group own.
