Each prompt is designed to be powerful but practical. Expect to spend around 5–15 minutes per day — just enough to create real shifts without overwhelming your schedule.

I’m not on Facebook. Can I still join?

The challenge will be hosted inside a private Facebook group. That’s where you’ll receive the daily posts, connect with others, and get support. If you're not currently on Facebook, you can create a simple account just for the challenge — many participants do this and find it’s absolutely worth it.
