FAQs
Can I book a place for someone else?
Yes, you can. You will need:
- their email address, and to know whether or not they'd like this to appear on the delegate list,
- their role/job title, campaign or friends group, if they wish this to appear on the delegate list,
- any special requirements, including dietary.
- Their preference for workshops
Yes. It is possible to book by post if you have difficulty with the online booking system. We will still require the same information, which you can provide by email or over the phone. The place will be confirmed on receipt of payment.
We are not normally able to provide a refund.
No. We will be operating a waiting list and if we learn of cancellations we will allocate places to those on this list.
Can I bring along promotional material for my campaign/library group?
Delegates are welcome to bring along flyers or brochures relating to library campaigns or friends of library groups. A table will be provided to display these. We can not accommodate any stands, displays, items for sale or other material. If you are unsure, please get in touch.
