You’ve got a story to tell, one that could change the way young people see themselves, their choices, and their future. But to deliver it well (and safely), you need more than just lived experience, you need structure, safeguarding, support and strategy.
Speak Up & Show Up is a 7-week training programme designed to help you confidently and consciously take your story into schools, colleges and youth settings. Whether you're a survivor, campaigner, artist, mentor, coach or educator, this course shows you how to deliver meaningful talks and workshops that fit within the RSHE/PSHE curriculum, meet school needs, and connect with young people in a way that sticks.
This is real-world, real-talk, real-impact training with your story at the heart of it.
