You’ve spent the year solving problems, hitting deadlines, and keeping everyone connected; now it’s time to switch off the screens and soak up the season. Tonight, we celebrate the brilliant minds behind information, communication, and professional services.
While this evening is themed around those in technical and professional roles, the event is open to everyone. You’re free to attend whichever night suits your calendar or your festive mood!
Your ticket includes a welcome drink on arrival, a glorious three-course festive meal, and live music inspired by the elegance and charm of the 1920s. Enjoy a well-earned evening of great food, sparkling company, and timeless Christmas spirit; a chance to savour the moment and truly celebrate.

We invite all our guests to dress to impress or better yet, give a nod to the roaring 1920s! Think feathers, fedoras, pearls, and plenty of festive flair. Channel the glitz and glamour of the era with flapper dresses, pinstripe suits, bold lipstick, and sparkling accessories. That said, dressing in
10. If your group doesn’t fill a full table of 10, don’t worry, you may have others join your table, and that’s often where the fun begins! It could well be someone you know, or someone from your industry or local area. Many great conversations and unexpected connections have started just this way.
There’s ample free parking on site, and yes, you can leave your car overnight (we’d rather you enjoy the night safely and collect it fresh faced the following morning. Gates will be open from 10:00am to 12noon.
Each night spotlights a different industry, but you don’t need to work in it to join us. Everyone’s welcome — pick the night that suits you best!

Your ticket includes exquisite canapés, a sumptuous three-course dinner, and a glass of quality fizz on arrival. There won’t be any cheap drinks here — we’re proudly fussy, serving only top-notch wines and premium spirits that won’t leave you with a headache the next day.

Absolutely. We will be sending out a booking form closer to the date, where you will be able to tell us of all your dietary requirements. We’ll do our best to tailor your meal and ensure it’s prepared safely.
Yes, we always offer vegetarian and vegan options, and can usually accommodate gluten-free or other needs. Just indicate on the booking form we send out.
You can update your menu selection up to 7 days before the event. You will be able to access your order form up till then.
To ensure smooth service, we require you to pre-select your menu in advance.
Yes, there will be a cloakroom available for your convenience. However, please note that items are left at your own risk. Battleswick Farm cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
