SpeakEasy: Courageous Conversations
Sales Have Ended
Sales Have Ended
How often do we avoid or put off having 'difficult' conversations? What impact does that have?
SpeakEasy: Bigger, Better, Bolder Conversations is a pragmatic half-day workshop exploring how we can forge more successful relationships built on openness, empathy and integrity.
Via a series of activities, discussions and challenges we'll examine how to:
remove the difficult from difficult conversations
establish and maintain the parameters for trust
manage the communication dynamic of you, them and it
bring empathy to every conversation
integrate and sustain new approaches
This workshop will support you in developing your approach, generating results that will last a lifetime.

I enjoyed the way the stucture was agile to the audience, very enagaging and I was able to apply the learning straight away!
I found that the workshop helped me to be more confident in my new role. It provided me with techniques to help me better engage with both peers and senior managers. I can apply the techniques outside my work environment. After attending the workshop I applied the techniques covered and I can honestly say it gave me more confidence and I received excellent feedback on several subsequent meetings and a direct approach from my DG complementing me on my work and welcoming me to the team. I have also advised a colleague who finds it difficult to say "no" to others on techniques she can apply. Thank you all so much the event was excellent.
A fascinating insight. A good mix of thought provoking content and practical tools.
It was helpful to examine approaches to live situations. The tutors imparted knowledge which was practical, have the ability to try it out and use it in a real sense. I left me wanting to take part in more of this type of training as provided space for fresh perspectives to emerge and tired patterns of thinking/working to be start to be challenged. Enjoyable and useful.
An effective workshop for anyone leading a team and aiming to increase team spirit.
