There can be many reasons why revenue doesn’t grow as predicted. Join us to hear three entrepreneurs discuss from their own experiences, how they have overcome this challenge and share their leanings with you. Whether you think the challenge lies internally or externally, this event is for you.
We’ll hear from members of The Supper Club that achieved substantial revenue growth from changing the way they incentivised their team, aligned their culture to fit with their growth plans or built in efficiencies that allowed their team to maximise their output. They will offer advice on how sometimes the smallest changes can yield the greatest results.
Please arrive at 2.30pm for a 3pm start. Networking drinks will follow when the talk concludes 4.30pm.
