Those are challenging questions. What answers do you have? At a school reunion, in a supermarket queue or at a business function - you never know where you might find potential support for your cause and therefore you need to be ready to speak about it. In effect, you need to become a walking advert: hooking people with engaging questions or compelling stories and also describing the features and key benefits of your cause. After all, you have something important to tell people and your unique message should connect with their desires. And your message should also include a call to action!
