Is this event only for women?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This will be a safe space for women to let go, feel at ease and comfortably relax.

Question 2

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes there are lifts available.

Question 3

I'm sound sensitive, will I be okay?

Accepted Answer

Most people who are sound-sensitive are fine. It will be an interactive workshop so you may wish to bring over-ear headphones or ear defenders with you, as this could help.

Question 4

I'm shy, so speaking in front of people is really difficult, will it work for me?

Accepted Answer

It's a very supportive atmosphere, which will help you relax,  but if you feel you may be overwhelmed then you can move to another space until you feel ready to rejoin us.

Question 5

Can I bring my own snacks?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Teas and coffee will be provided during the break and would ask that snacks be consumed at this time also, as it can be distracting for some people, if others are eating in the workshop session.

What if I'm running late?

You will be welcomed with opened arms!

Can I leave the workshop early?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the workshop, we ask that everyone stays until teh end to support each other and get the full benefit of the session. 
Those who are fully committed get the most out of the workshop.

There seems to be limited car parking near the library.

What is the nearest tube station?

Finsbury Park is a short bus ride away.

Is this workshop suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

It's suitable for most. Let us know if you have a support worker to assist you so we can suitably accommodate you. Also, let us know if you have any adjustments required on the day.  Let us know as you book.
