Event description
Women in Tech forum - Connected Coaching Series with Mika Kioussis.

About this Event

What is holding you back at work?

The Connected Coaching Series combines tech savvy and coaching expertise to create an interactive yet intimate space of video coaching. Honest and candid discussion drives this series.

Facilitated by certified Executive Coach Mika Kioussis (MA, MRes, PCEC), and Angie Vaux, Executive Coach and founder of Women in Tech forum, Connected Coaching helps you to identify which cognitive traps are preventing you from thriving at work and provides insight, tools and models that you can use to overcome these traps.

Workshop 2:

Speaking from your gut

Your gut knows what is right for you – even if you try to rationalise it away. Acting on gut feeling enables us to cultivate authenticity. It also helps us to set boundaries and build rapport with others based on mutual trust.

In this interactive session co-hosted by Angie Vaux, we will:

  • Learn to discern what is best for us vs. what we tell ourselves we can live with
  • Practice compassionate candour – be respectfully honest with ourselves and others
  • Learn a cognitive model to develop self-belief

The group session will be limited to a maximum of 20 people, so that we can facilitate group interaction and learning.
