Attendees also have the option of using sewing machines and developing sewing skills“We wanted to create a safe space that feels like a pause button for life, a space where you can breathe, share and create something meaningful. A physical reminder that it’s okay to rest and to honour your emotions.” The cushion becomes a physical reminder that it’s okay to rest and to honour your emotions. It becomes more than fabric and thread, it’s a personal emblem of comfort, safety and the value of every emotion.” says Princess Folaji Fasanya-Omoyeni, Convener of African Wonder Women Organisation CIC. “In a world where emotional pressures often remain unspoken, our workshops are about giving people permission to feel, share and create.”
