Specialist Module NICU Placement - Derriford Hospital, Plymouth 2025/26

Within the specialist module HEAC397SW all learners are required to undertake 150hrs of supernumerary ICU experience.

This may be achieved by clinical experience within your base unit and/or a placement in an NICU within the SW network.

Below are the hospital allocations for ICU placements for all units (If you have personal circumstances which require a different location for a placement, please discuss this with the module team)
