This event will take place in meeting room 2.

AGEM Procurement, as part of their contract, are able to offer training on procurement topics. Following feedback from the recent training survey circulated by BSOL PMO they have kindly agreed to facilitate workshops relating to Specifications which would be of particular interest to Project and Commissioning Leads and Contract Managers. By the end of each session delegates will have had the opportunity to consider

• What a Specification is;
• What needs to be included in a Specification;
• Why there aren’t templates for a Specification;
• What a good Specification looks like;
• The challenges to expect from the Procurement team and reasons for those challenges; and
• Examples of Specifications
