Description

Want to find out how the Royal Society of Chemistry can support your teaching?

Come along to Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School and meet Jo, your local Royal Society of Chemistry Education Coordinator, and discover some new resources to help enhance your teaching of secondary chemistry and leave with ideas, resources and freebies! We're really fortunate to welcome James Machell from the University of Bradford, who will be demonstrating and explaining how your school can access Spectroscopy in a Suitcase; a fantastic free outreach resource from the Royal Society of Chemistry.

There's parking at the school, please sign in at reception. Please bring some form of photographic ID to be able to sign in. School/University ID badges are fine, as is your driving licence/passport etc.

Arrival from 4pm for tea/coffee and networking

4.30-5.30 Session on Royal Society of Chemistry resources and support

5.30-5.45 Questions and suggestions for future events (optional)

Please contact Jo (joanna.buckley@sheffield.ac.uk) with any questions.
