What time should I arrive?

Doors will open at 2.15pm for general ticket admittance. The Show will start at 3.30pm. We recommend that you arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the performance starts, so that our staff can ensure you are admitted, seated correctly and provide any assistance you require.

What time can I access the auditorium to be seated?

Will there be any refreshments/food available?

There will be a café/shop on site for you to purchase refreshments and snacks! The café will be open pre-show from 2.15pm to 3pm and again during the interval. Both cash and card payments will be accepted.

What should I do if I've not received an order confirmation or my Digital Tickets?

Please first check your spam/junk folder in case the email has incorrectly been sent there. If you can’t find the email in your junk folder then please contact admin@spectrumca.co.uk, who will be able to resend the email.

Can I take pictures or video of the performance?

No. For the safety of all our performers we ask that you refrain from taking photos and videos of the showcase. We have some highly vulnerable performers and don’t want to jeopardise anyone’s safety. We will have two photographers capturing the showcase and those pictures will be made available.
