Frequently asked questions

Are your sessions recorded?

Our sessions are designed as unique live events. That's what makes attending a SEND Station training session special. The sessions are safe spaces where you can ask question and your privacy is respected. Our presenters are all experienced and talented professionals, ready to interact and respond.

Can I change my booking?

If you let us know before the session, we can move your booking to another day as we run multiple sessions during the month. We cannot change your booking to a different session or give you access to another date once the event is finished, so please ensure you check your booking before confirming.

Are your sessions accredited?

Our presenters are fully qualified in their respective areas and our presentations are reviewed regularly to ensure the content is current and in line with good practice. We offer attendance certificates but not accreditation as this would greatly increase the price of tickets.

When will I get my resources? (Attendance Certificate and Session Handout)

We automatically send out your resources at the beginning of the session to the email address you supplied. If you don't receive it, there may be a mistake with your supplied email address or sometimes it might be lurking in a Spam/Junk File. Please check before contacting us and we’ll send again.

I cannot access the event, what do I do?

We are here to help before an event begins and at least 15 minutes after an event starts should access issues occur. If you need help we are just an email away at info@sendstation.co.uk. Don't delay in contacting us or you could miss the session. We can't provide a new ticket if session is missed.
