Do I need to be an experienced runner to join?

Not at all! Our run club is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced runners. We keep a social pace and always follow a “no one left behind” policy.

What pace will we be running?

This run will be around 6:30/km, but we’re very relaxed with pace. It’s about community, not competition.

Do I need trail shoes?

No, trail shoes aren’t required. The terrain is mostly well-maintained paths through Richmond Park, so regular running shoes are perfectly fine.

What should I bring?

Just yourself, water if you’d like, and your usual running kit. We’ll take care of the rest — including buns, tote bags, and t-shirts!

Is there somewhere to leave bags?

There’s no secure bag drop, so please travel light or keep personal items with you. We’ll stay in a group for safety.

Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely! Just make sure they sign up ahead of time so we can make sure there’s enough buns and gear for everyone.
