Speedy Swimming’s Lunchtime Lanes are coached front crawl sessions designed to fit into your workday without taking over your schedule. Each 45-minute session targets the key elements of faster, more efficient swimming: technique, pacing, endurance, and speed.

- 🌊 Technique Tune-Up (12:30–13:15 – Improvers - Build confidence, breathing control, and efficient stroke mechanics.
- 🚀 Endurance Express (13:15–14:00 – Intermediates- Develop pacing, distance per stroke, and sustainable swim fitness.
👉 Fridays
- ⚡ Fast & Fresh Fridays (12:30–13:15) Intermediates - Punchy endurance and pacing sets to close the week strong.
- 🏊 Stroke & Speed Sessions (13:15–14:00) Improvers - Blend technique refinement with speedwork to hold form under pressure.
Who Are These Sessions For?
✅ Improver Group – build technique, breathing & confidence📅 Wednesdays 6:00–7:00pm
Pace range: 2:15 to 3:00 mins per 100m
✅ Intermediate Group – pacing, endurance & form📅 Tuesdays 6:00–7:00pm
Pace range: 1:30 to 2:15 mins per 100m
- Triathletes training for sprint to Ironman distance
- Open water swimmers building technique and confidence
- Fitness swimmers who want structured, coached sessions in their week
