Want to learn how to make curries, pakora, biryani, and all of your favourite Indian dishes? Our beloved Nassim, the chef behind Refettorio Felix’s incredible meals, is hosting a fundraising Indian cookery class on Thursday, February 28th. From 6:30-9:00 a lucky group of 10-12 selected guests will be invited into her fragrant kitchen to learn the secrets to making delicious, healthy, and enticing Indian meals. After cooking, toast your success with your co-chefs with wine and beer specially selected to enhance the flavours of the meal. You won’t leave our doors empty handed; a packet of aromatic spices and recipes will be yours to continue experimenting on your own at home. This event costs £100, and all the proceeds will go to benefit the continued operations of Refettorio Felix at St. Cuthbert’s Centre.
