SPIN D ISLAND is a high-energy indoor cycling event that combines Caribbean music, vibrant vibes, and top-tier fitness. It's designed to transport participants to a tropical paradise while they ride to the rhythm of live Soca DJs and dynamic instructors.

Absolutely anyone! Whether you're a seasoned spin enthusiast or a total beginner, SPIN D ISLAND welcomes all fitness levels. Just bring your energy and get ready to ride!

Tickets are available online via Eventbrite. Be sure to grab them early as spaces are limited!

Expect different variations of Soca, and high-energy Caribbean rhythms to keep you moving and motivated.

Classes will be led by STAMINA 4 LIFE, a proud Lucian & Dominican fitness instructor with 20+ years of experience in the firness game, known for her dynamic, infrctious energy and motivational sessions. Get ready to spin, sweat and smile throughout!

Participants must be 18 years or older to attend.

Doors open at 11:30 AM for the morning sessions and 14:00 PM for the afternoon sessions. We recommend arriving early to check in, get set up on your bike, and soak up the vibes before the ride starts.

Light refreshments and hydration options may be available at the venue, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own water and snacks.
