Whether you are just starting your first Step 3, or are looking to deepen your Step 11 practice, this workshop will provide a chance to relax and explore yoga and meditation in the supportive company of other women in recovery. The Iyengar yoga session will help us drop into the body to prepare for the mindfulness meditation which will equip us for the present moment. There will be time to share and to ask questions. Our aim is to provide a deeply nourishing woman-only space.
No previous experience of yoga or meditation necessary. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
