About this event
In this unique co-creation, we explore the Law of Resonance; learning to honour life as a mirror of our inner state, and how this can help us to create a better life. At a time when chaos and polarity feel amplified on Earth, this gathering invites you to rise beyond victim consciousness and reclaim your frequency as a pillar of Light.
Through yogic practices, guided meditations, and wisdom teachings, we will:
✨ Strengthen the nervous system and expand vitality
✨ Move from victimhood to deep acceptance and empowerment
✨ Anchor into the heart and embody resilience amidst external challenges
✨ Work with the 3 steps of unconditional love: honour, acceptance, embrace
✨ Learn how to consciously choose higher frequencies of peace and joy
This day offers you tools and experiences to navigate turbulent times with grace, root into your Light, and remember your ability to co-create reality in alignment with the Divine.
No previous experience is needed. Whether you are new to Kundalini yoga or already on a spiritual path, this is an invitation to deepen your practice and honour your life as a sacred reflection.
Join us for a day of soulful movement, stillness, and wisdom. A space where body, heart, and spirit meet in harmony.
Practical information:
💛 We will meet in Hridaya in Tara Yoga Centre. Hridaya is a Sanskrit word that means "Spiritual Heart". Hridaya is distinct from Anahata (heart chakra), being considered a broader metaphysical concept; the innermost 'cave' or secret of being, the witness consciousness or atman (Supreme Self) in Advaita and Kashmir Shaivism.
💛 We'll create a small altar before the event begins. Please bring a small personal item, like a crystal, ring, or bracelet, for example, to place on it.
💛 White Tantra is a term in the tantric tradition referring to practices focused on spiritual purification, meditation, and the awakening of higher consciousness. White Tantra is the branch of tantra devoted to spiritual elevation through purification, self-discipline, and meditative techniques, often practiced in pairs or groups, where the primary aim is achieving higher consciousness and inner unity, firmly rooted in non-sexual, ethical, and devotional frameworks.
💛 Yoga is an ancient system originating in India that encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual practices designed to promote union and harmony between body, mind, and spirit. The term itself comes from the Sanskrit word meaning “union”, symbolizing the integration of an individual’s consciousness with universal consciousness. The ultimate aim of yoga is self-realization, a state of liberation (moksha) and inner freedom, though it is also widely practiced for health, stress relief, and mental well-being.
💛 The main principles of modern Kundalini Yoga practice are centered on the awakening and management of energy through a dynamic blend of physical, breath, and meditative methods; all organized in specific sequences called kriyas.
