Where can I park?

Parking is free for all attendees at our Lowfield Clinic car park, located across the road from our Main Hospital.

Where do I go on arrival?

If the weather is good, we will have the large double doors to our canteen open where the café is being held. The canteen can be seen from the crossing on Lowfield Road. If weather is poor, please come to our Main Site reception and let our team know you're here for the Menopause Café.

Anyone! If you are worried or have any questions about any stage of menopause, if you are looking to support a friend or family member going through menopause, or if you just want a space to chat and share stories with others, you are more than welcome to attend.
