Each masterclass is 45 minutes long, during which one of our Bolney wine experts will guide you through a tutored tasting.

Spirits Masterclass

Learn about spirits production and how we make our Gin and Vermouth. Taste our Gin and Vermouth with a range of different fever-tree tonics and alongside a tasting plate of festive treats. Our Bolney expert will then talk you through how to pair festive food with spirits and teach you how to make a Negroni cocktail.
