Event description

Description

During the season of hope and renewal, we explore a transformative personal development experience, to help you find purpose, meaning and effectiveness in life.

Emotional intelligence’ (EQ) has now become widely recognised (thanks largely to Daniel Goleman) as a far more important human quality or a measure of a professional’s capability than the old measure of one’s intelligence-quotient (IQ).

In this niche course and coaching event, we will take a small professional group through the world of EQ and take it a step further by considering the less-well known but emerging idea of spiritual intelligence (SQ). The ideas will be considered from diverse perspectives drawing on Western research and Eastern (faith inspired) wisdom.

If you would like to gain a deeper insight into human nature, personal transformation, motivation theory, enhance your communication skills and influence & inspire people, this course is for you. This program promises to give you powerful insights and tips about what is arguably the best kept secret in the world of personal development and leadership.

Key Themes covered:

· The journey from IQ to EQ to SQ

· Daniel Goleman’s insights on emotional intelligence

· Coaching session to create an effective self-development plan

· Faith perspectives on self development & Spiritual intelligence

· NLP – Neuro-linguistic programming and EQ
