🌿 Nature Connection Experience at Gosford Park 🌿

Parks, forests, and all spaces where nature thrives are sacred places for deep connection. Forests are alive, home to visible and invisible beings, woven together by underground networks of majestic trees. Their beauty reflects the beauty of Creation itself.

“As soon as I enter a forest, I start to feel peace in my heart.

In the moment I breathe in the forest air, I feel harmony in my body.

When I put attention to my feet, I feel the connection with Mother Earth.”

– Giovanna Baistrocchi

✨ What to Expect

We will begin with breathwork and gentle Qi-awakening movements, then walk along the Arboretum path (a 35-minute walk) with open heart, eyes, and ears. Along the way, we’ll pause for moments of connection—chanting mantras, exploring voice and sound practices, meditating, and journaling.

Our journey will close in a spirit of community as we gather for a warm cup of tea or coffee together. (Please bring your own cup 🌸).

Come as you are, breathe deeply, and allow nature to guide you back to your center. 🌳💚
