2025 Fire Walk: Fright Night Special

Calling all daredevils! Returning for the third year is our much-anticipated Fire Walk — bigger, bolde and this time with a thrilling “Fright Night” theme!

Join St Kentigern Hospice on Friday 24th October 2025 at R N Williams & Sons, St Asaph for the ultimate challenge: a barefoot walk across red-hot embers measuring around 800 degrees. No tricks. No special effects. Just you and the fire!

What to Expect

The evening will begin with motivational fire-walk training from Cliff Mann at Time 4 Change — the most experienced fire-walking instructor in Europe. This powerful session has been described as life-changing by past participants. After all, if you can walk on fire, just imagine what else you can do!

But that’s not all… this year we’re embracing Halloween with a spooktacular Fright Night theme, making the evening unforgettable for participants and spectators alike:

• The incredible Batala Bangor are back with high-energy drumming to fire up the crowd

• J&S Exotics – Animal Experiences will be joining us with their animals!
• Halloween stalls and games for all the family.
• Delicious food and drink from Caffi Cariad.
• Plenty of frightful surprises to keep you entertained throughout the evening!

Event Schedule

• 18:00 – Registration
• 18:30 – Training begins (mandatory for all walkers)
• 19:30 – Fire Walk
• 20:15 – Debrief and certificate presentation
• All the fun, games and entertainment in between!

Age Limit

• Minimum age: 16 (participants aged 16–18 require parental/guardian permission)

How to Register

Two options are available: (Booking fees apply if registering online)

• Option 1: £25 Registration Fee + Sponsorship Recommended
• Option 2: £80 for a team of 4 + Sponsorship Recommended

Fundraising

• We would be grateful if participants raise as much as they can in sponsorship. No set target!
• Hard copy sponsor forms can be provided
• We recommend you create a page on JustGiving.com

All funds raised will go toward providing vital care for people across central North Wales who rely on our services.

Bring Your Supporters

Spectators are warmly welcomed and encouraged to come along, cheer you on and soak up the atmosphere. Refreshments will be available on the night. Parking is available on-site but limited — please car-share where possible.
