Kindly sponsored by Adventure Island, our annual Walk for Wards is back!

Join us on Southend Seafront as we walk 7K from Adventure Island - Pavilion Fish & Chips, Southend to the Saltwater Cafe in Chalkwell and back, along the seafront path to raise money for Mid and South Essex Hospitals. This route is flat and fully accessible for wheelchairs and scooters.

If you don't feel comfortable being part of a mass participation event, why not join us in spirit by walking your own 7k route at the same time?

Entry is FREE.

Minimum sponsorship requirement: £25 - for a ward/department/appeal of your choice

Start time: 10am

Medals for all returning walkers. Fancy dress welcome!
