Event starts from 6:30pm with tours until the dark.

FAQs:

Q: I have a timed ticket but what time should I arrive on site?

A: We ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your ticket time. The time on the ticket is the time of the actual walk, please arrive earlier than your allotted time to allow for parking & registration. We may experience delays in timing due to the nature of an outdoor interactive event.

Q: What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

A: We have a large grass field area for off-road car parking during the event, please follow the signage and car park marshal upon entering the site.

Q: What can I bring into the event?

A: The event is held on a working farm, please wear sensible footwear and warm clothing. The walk is outside so please consider weatherproof layers as the event will go ahead whatever the weather. Please do not wear head torches as this spoils the spookability of the event. No dogs, except assistance dogs, due to farm livestock. Spooky dress, props and costumes welcomed. This is a fundraiser so please bring cash for our charity stall and refreshments/snacks/light bites.

Q: How can I contact the organiser with any questions?

A: Please contact the Prospects Trust Farm Office on 01638 741551 Monday to Friday 10 to 3, or email enquiries@prospectstrust.org.uk for assistance.

Q: What's the refund policy?

A: As this is a timed and ticketed event we will not be able to offer refunds after Monday 21st October 2024.

Q: Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes please bring your e-ticket or printed ticket to the entrance. We will not be able to grant access to non-ticket holders.

Q: Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

A: You can purchase the ticket on behalf of others and your ticket is transferable. We just ask that the printed ticket is given to your recipient or the Lead Name of the booking.

Q: Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

A: Yes, we will allow entrance to the ghost walk when a ticket is presented. If you are booking on behalf of somebody else you can add their name at the point of booking.

Q: Can children attend?

A: Yes, however under 14's must be accompanied by an adult and they will be best attedning the earlier Scardy Cat walk- the later it get's the scarier it becomes.
