Spooky Story time


Come join us at Bromley Palace Park (access via Rochester Ave or Rafford Way) for silly scares, giggles, and ghoulishly good fun as local award winning author Peter brings his spooky supermarket characters to life in a lively storytelling session. Perfect for children and families who love stories with a Halloween twist!

After the reading, there will be a halloween themed craft session along with time for questions, photos, and book signings. Don’t miss this chance to meet the author and enjoy an afternoon of spooky storytelling magic.

Dont forget our little free library so why not bring a book from home that you have already read and swap it for another one?

If you cant attend please cancel your tickets to allow others to benefit from the event

Aprons provided, but please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty.

This is an outdoor event, so it's weather dependent. Luckily, the lawn has plenty of tree cover shelter if needed but please wrap up warm

Dogs are welome but must be kept on their lead throughout the event

Free parking in the old civic offices car park on Rochester Avenue first come first served / Park for free in permit bays on Rochester Avenue after 2pm / Paid options on St Blaise Av or Rafford Way / Multistory car park in The Glades shopping centre or Stockwell Close
