There's nothing like eating a hearty home-cooked stew with a spoon that you've hand carved yourself or alternatively, give it away as a special and memorable gift.
"This was one of the best days I've ever spent. Steve is a brilliant teacher and he and Kirsty made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Absolutely brilliant hosts and left us feeling that we'd always known them. We learned a great deal and were inspired by them and what they had to teach us."
