Our first nutritional seminar will be on the topic of pre-workout, workout, and post-workout nutrion. Extras include: Nutrition for competition training; hydration; and some myth busters.
The event will be run by the Fitness Feat society, a hollistic service providing physical, nutritional, social, and mental well-being support to university students. Our speaker is Sophie Mustoe, a 4th year medical student, and a (whopping) Level 5-certified sports-nutrition coach.
A not-to-miss event if you gym, run, are part of a sports society, a captain, consider yourself as being active, or want to start a healthy-eating lifestyle. This is not an information seminar, it is a workshop! We will be providing actionable/practical steps to boost your nutrition-game.
