SportsPound Beginners Daytime Couch to 5k

Would you like to start running to increase your fitness or control your weight?
This 9 week course will take you from running 60 seconds to 30 minutes over the course of 9 weeks.
This sociable and beginner friendly group will share the journey and give you a great challenge. It concludes with a free to enter 5 km Parkrun on the 27th May 2017.

It’s free with SportsPound vouchers, otherwise you have to pay £20 for the course on the first day.
