Spotlight: Are you using your personal Facebook profile to attract clients?
Overview
Spotlight Sessions are run by Trainer Talk members (who are freelance trainers) for freelance trainers.
Are you using your personal Facebook profile to attract clients? (with Karen Cureton)
This workshop will show you the power of a “professional” profile and how to use it to increase reach and engagement, since Karen has changed her profile to this method, she's increased her reach to over 25,000 views of her content and increased interaction on her business page.
Sessions will be recorded and available to view up to two weeks after the event.
These sessions are open to freelance trainers outside of The Trainer Talk membership (for a small charge) and to our Trainer Talk membership (for free).
About Karen
Karen is a multi-award-winning social media trainer, working with businesses to inspire them to grow through being visible on social media. Karen helps people who either didn’t grow up with social media or are just overwhelmed by it and is passionate about ditching jargon, making it easy to understand and most importantly get results!
She is not your typical Social Media Trainer, an ex-pat Geordie with over 20 years’ experience in the corporate sales world but for the last decade has focussed on helping women in business navigate the social media maze where she is passionate about ditching jargon and creating a safe space to learn.
What Is Trainer Talk?
Trainer Talk is a membership community for freelance trainers, a one-stop shop for business growth. We attract trainers who are serious about growing their business with the support of like minded people who are usually experiencing the same challenges! Freelance training can be lonely. It needn't be!
Having a community behind you is so important when you’re self-employed. It gives you a sense of belonging, of being understood and knowing that you’re not alone.
This is what Trainer Talk is all about. It’s a fun, friendly, vibrant online and in-person community exclusively made up of trainers.
Every member ‘gets it’. They know what it’s like to look for training contracts, to pitch for work, to wrestle with what to charge, to juggle training with admin or outsourcing, and so much more.
Far from being competitive with one another, Trainer Talk members act as collaborators, supporters, the most enthusiastic cheerleaders… and we’d love you to become a part of our brilliant community. Sound good? You can find out more here. We hope to see you soon!
