Get one-on-one career advice from Spotlight's Alison Crosbie and Emma Wall. Get the answers to your questions and tips for how to grow your career. Sessions are very limited so secure yours now!

Alison joined Spotlight five years ago, opening Spotlight offices and studio here in Ireland for Irish Actors, Agents and Casting Directors. Alison brings years of working within the professional industry, Director’s PA, Artist Liaison, Casting Assistant, Casting Director TV & Film: completing a Screenwriting for TV and Film MA.

Emma has over 5 years’ experience working as a Casting Associate in the UK and Ireland. Emma has worked on various productions for TV, Film and Stage and brings an extensive knowledge of the casting industry to our Dublin offices.
