Spotlight Open House: Auditioning and Acting for Screen

Please note: Members are limited to two events per person, and one ticket to each event during Open House. This is to ensure as many members as possible get the chance to experience the events on offer.

About David

As a London based actor David Mumeni (represented by United Agents) has worked with director Declan Donnelan at Cheek by Jowl, as well as Josie Rourke in a Donmar Warehouse production. Other theatre credits include; The Royal Court, The Hampstead, The Soho, and The Bush. David has also appeared in various TV shows including Fresh Meat (Channel 4), PhoneShop (E4), Love Nina (BBC), Cuckoo (BBC3), The Windsors (Channel 4), Drifters (E4) and Whitechapel (ITV). Film work includes; The Inbetweeners Movie, Noble, The Huntsman: Winter's War and he recently finished filming on Woody Harrelson’s Lost In London. As a writer, he was awarded a place on the ‘Write to Shine’ programme run by Shine Television and is currently on the programme with Balloon Entertainment developing work with them. David has worked as a facilitator for many youth arts organisations from theatre schools to young offender institutes for over 12 years, and is an Associate Artist for the National Youth Theatre.
